This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this website and is valid for visitors/users of the site. It does not apply to information that may be collected through channels other than this website.

The exercise of rights as a data subject is free of charge pursuant to Article 12 of the GDPR. However, in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, including due to their repetitive nature, the Data Controller may charge you a reasonable fee based on the administrative costs incurred to handle the request, or deny the satisfaction of your request.
It is also specified that the personal data provided by the purchaser are processed in accordance with Law no. 675/96. Such data remain available to the consumer for verification, modification or deletion and for the exercise of any other right provided for by art.13 of Law no. 675/96. The data are entered into a customer registry at the time of the first order or registration. With reference to such data, Nautica Vega by VALERI Giancarlo and ERRANTE Stefania communicates that:
- the collection and processing of consumer data are necessary if they wish to place an order for products or to access specific services (in this case, a refusal by the consumer would make it impossible to fulfill the order or access the service), while it is optional in all other cases;
- consumer data may be processed in written form and on electronic, telematic, magnetic, and paper media; their processing will take place in relation to contractual needs, including deposit, payment, and delivery operations of the ordered products, to fulfill obligations required by law or imposed by Authorities and, with explicit authorization, for interactive commercial and promotional information purposes and for market research.
- the consumer's data will not be disclosed except to parties necessary or functional for the performance of Nautica Vega's contractual activity: banks for payment management and shippers for the transport, to the place indicated by the consumer, of the purchased products, third parties who provide activities and services necessary for the execution of the services required by Nautica Vega for the completion of sales transactions.
